Profire 2626 & Reamp V.2 box, why is it squealing?

I was hoping you guys could help me...Same scenario, I have a Radial X Amp and a Profire 2626. Initially I had the squealing, but that is gone now. I have the track set to output to software return 3, DSP mixer has the 3/4 output pair set to software return 3/4, 1/4" to XLR balanced cable out to the X Amp into my 6505. No sound is coming out of the amp.

Any ideas?
