Suspyre is getting a little love in the ProgPower forum, including a post from yours truly. Someone suggested the band for the showcase next year. Would be cool and excellent exposure, although a year away.

Hey duder,

One of those guys got it just right...at this point in our career we would hope that we are a good fit for the showcase on thursday. We're keeping our fingers crossed that someone there thinks the same. We're going to be trying to get in touch with them very shortly.

From what I know of Glenn Harvester (which is little I must say) he seems like an awesome guy and puts in a lot of hard work to make the event special every year. Plus he is intent on making sure each year is different (very few repeat bands).
You have my vote, of course.

We've talked with several people about it...and we're trying hard. God knows I'd love to be down there for a thursday in atlanta. We'll see how it goes.

excellent response we are getting from people. I'm following up on this now and hopefully this exposure will grab the attention of the person who books the bands for the Showcase and we can get on the bill!!! Keep people talking on the forum about it! Don't let it steer away from Suspyre (i noticed the last few threads were about Nocturnal Rites only)!
