Purchases you were really fucking disappointed with?

Exactly what made the TT album so horrendously bad? I hear people trashing it all over the place, but I haven`t heard it for myself, nor do I know what songs to download. Which track would be the best example of its suckiness?

Tracks 1-10 are all equally horrendous. If I could devise a new rating system w/ negative stars, I would.

Spocks Beard - V

I got this due to all the good things people were saying about them on the mikeportnoy.com forum...that was the last time I bought something without downloading at least a track or two to hear it first.

:yuk:

Spock's Beard blows.

I would say Aztec Jades new one. Its alright I just cant get into it. A couple songs off it are good, but thats about it. Otherwise I am Always happy with my purchases

Mmm let's see:

Soilwork-Natural Born Chaos: Although it's a very good album I prefer the aproach of Chainheart Machine.

that's the only one, I always check the albums first before buying them.

Spocks Beard is unfathomably boring. It`s rehashed 90`s pop and 70`s progrock with smooth and teethless sound.

I have to agree with the Six Tracks of Utter shit and Spock's Beard comments. Six Degrees had me entertained for a while but the only songs I can stay awake through are Glass Prison, Blind Faith, and most of Disc 2. I listened to one Spock's Bears song and it sucked so bad I slapped my speakers, fortunately I didn't purchase it.

I was blown away by Pain of Salvation - One Hour by the Concrete Lake when it came out, so when TPE came out, I grabbed both it and Entropia..sadly, both of those put me to sleep, & I ended up giving them both away. Borrrrrrring..

Thanks to mp3s I no longer have this problem. It has been several years since I bought a CD that disappointed me. The only ones that I can really remember are:
Metallica - Load
Pantera - Reinventing the Steel
Planet X - Universe

Wow! That is unbelievable!! Epica is an amazing CD and I cannont comprehend how you could become dis-enchanted with Kamelot from it! I would have to say that it is the most beautiful, best Kamelot CD to date. Grom Hellscream, you have my condolences, I cannot imagine Kamelot without this disc, and I'm truely sorry that you can't enjoy it, as so many of us do.
