about Last Fair Deal Gone Down, was this album ever released in a regular jewelcase, rather than the 4-fold 'digipac'? just curious.

and, if so, is it rare?

Yes it has been released in jewel case format. I dont know much more about it other than I have seen it.

IIRC, only the Eastern European edition was in jewel-case.
