Hei

When I went to Inferno in Oslo last year I noticed that there wasn't much moshing or head banging. People just seemed to stand there. Is this just how it normally is at gigs in Norway? Also there seems to be no word for excuse me in Norway because people just seem to barge right through you instead of walking round you. I still love Norway though.

Takk.

because all the action is in america. THey are too troo.... Better things to do ya know. Burning churches for eaxample.

So you think they take it too seriously & worry about their "evil" image too much?

I usually mosh and pogo (jump up and down) like a maniac at shows (I'm mostly at punk/hardcore shows, though). Some metallers still have the "No mosh, no fun, no core, no trends" ideal, but I find it a bit silly. Energetic music makes me want to move. I'm going to the Inferno festival this Easter, and my mates and I will for sure mosh during the shows.

That's good, Inferno is an excellent festival. I hope you Norwegian guys & girls are gonna show your support for My Dying Bride who are coming over from good old Blighty.

It would be blatantly obvious answer, actually. Or maybe they just weren't enjoying the music.

What not enjoying the music for the whole of the 3 day festival?

you sure you attended? did you witness Immortal last year? opeth? cob? people was going nutts , hah it got friggin wild at the front to immortal.

Well maybe it was just where I was then (at the back ha ha, nah, 5 rows back). Maybe different countries have different views on what a wild audience is. Isn't it strange how most bands always tell the audience their the best audience ever at almost every gig you go to?

Oslo is a very nice city, very spread out and part of nature- who could get that violent in those surroundings?

Yeah that's true Oslo is lovely. It's funny how it's got all those statues of different sexual positions, you don't that it London.
