I think the first version was better. The second version the leads are waayy too bright. The rhythm guitars I think should be somewhere in between the 2. Sounding great so far though, good job

Yeah, if you can strike a balance between the two you ought to be sitting in a fairly good place. You're going to want to tame those lows though, let the bass take care of that region in the mix.

sounds fucking cool, i'd add a little bit of a pumpy compression just to glue things out a bit more.
