R.I.P Heath Ledger

Morality is something completely different than emotions. Morals are taught to us, we aren't born with them.

Killing is human instinct, however, ending human life is is often seen as immoral.

nawww, ya think?

(btw, it's still debated whether we are born with some instinctual morals or not)

RIP Heath... I was really shocked when Codi told it to me yesterday on msn, and today ive been crying with some girls at school (not over the fact he's dead, I mean he was a good actor but...) over the fact that he either killed himself or had an overdose but in both cases that means he was suffering and I think it's horrible. Sometimes seeing all these ppl having psychological issues make me want to help them, but I havent got a clue how to since I really don't feel like becoming a psychologist.

Anyway, I also feel very sad for his daughter, I think you're never old enough to lose a parent but fuck, 2 years old, that's a fucking tragedy...

That's fuckin pathetic.

Well before saying that you should maybe consider the circumstances... suicide and depression are issues that I feel really concerned about because I've had serious issues with that in the past and everytime I hear someone has killed themselves I feel very sad for them because I nearly died not so long ago, and then I actually wanted to die, which I don't anymore obviously because I got some help and im thankful for that, but still I think before judging ppl you should ask yourself if maybe those persons have had bad experience with something.

Besides, any human loss is tragic, so I see nothing wrong in crying when you learn somebody has died.

It's a shame that Heath suffered and did not get any help soon enough.

I see a problem with crying and claiming to feel actual grief for someone you don't even know based on a theory that you have no proof of. Forensic scientists are saying its likely he simply OD'd on sleep pills by accident. And with a succesful career and a blockbuster movie coming up. There is no evidence to imply it was suicide.

People are dying right now in Sudan and Ethiopia, are you crying? No.

yeah well we dunno yet what's the cause of his death.... and im sad about anyone dying anywhere, but when I hear about suicide/depression stories I usually cry because I dont want anyone to feel desperate.

well by your own logic you should be tearing all day every day. There are hundreds of millions of people desperate for food, water and medical attention all day, every day.

THERE'S NO EVIDENCE IT WAS SUICIDE.

This is the most pretentious thing I have ever heard.

And it's so obvious these little schoolgirls were simply crying because "oh no the hawt millionaire actor died"

 This thread is a shitstorm. Posting in it is like pissing in an ocean of piss at this point... actually it's more like shitting in an ocean of piss...
