Raw Svartsot Drums

Wanna hear how Raw drums before any EQ, compression etc is added?
This is Danni of Svartsot playing my Yamaha Recording Custom drums....NO POST PROCESSING SO FAR (tiny bit room verb on the snare tho)....just a good drummer, a good sounding room and new well tuned skins.....one can only imagine how awesome this is gonna sound with some EQ, compression, Reverb.

Ambassador CS and Ambassador Snare on the snare, Emperors and ambassadors on toms, Powerstroke3 on kick

He's a fantastic drummer....80% of the songs are just one take, the other 20% might have between 1 and three parts copied in from a second take.
I's so much fun recording a drummer like this.
I won't really have to do much editing

sounds wicked. i really really need to work on my drum tracking skills....as someone already said above, my drums need lots of processing to sound anywhere near this good.

any details on the setup?

also, how much of the sound would you say comes from the playing, how much from the setup (drum heads, tuning etc), gear, and the way the gear is used?
obviously, everything works together, but i'm just wondering about the relative importance of each, based on your opinion.

Thanks everyone.
I think the player is most important, followed by the room and the skins/tuning, after that the drums, then the mics, then the preamps, then the converters.
