Well, they said that they were really influenced by japanese horror movies in the last couple of years, so they ended up with the "ghost" concept, and they also create the artwork based on that...

Frankly, I like this one better. But the font of the title should be smaller and similar to the other font (like damantion and deliverance). And the logo in the upper left, title bottom-centered
