I love every single song off of And Justice. They all have raw production, and simply don't sound as cheesy as their first 3 albums. (Actually, Kill 'Em All probably has a more raw sound, but regardless.)

That's kinda subjective, since it's about taste. My fav album of Numetallica is RtL for sure!

MTLHEAD_789: I recommend the Odyssey and then Divine wings of tragedy like some other guy did. Those are more straightforward albums -in a way- and would get you started... Then get all of 'em

You can never hear the bass in any Metallica albums.

And Ride the Lightning PWNS all over Justice. And Puppets PWNS all over Ride the Lightning. In turn, I'm right.
