Searching of the news of band, I found that brazilian review. Though they liked the album, they complained about Julie's voice. :/

I've translated that:

After a good debut with "Transcedental", in 2006, and some changes on band members, the British guys of To-Mera release their second work, “Delusions”. The brand-news are Paul Westwood on drums and Hen which assumes as keyplayer and guitarist.

Their sonority goes on overhanging on Progressive Rock with broken passages, heavy 'riffs' and many atmosphere of keyboard. Julie Kiss’ voice, however, is not unanimity. The girl sings well, sometimes it is the big highlight a particular song, but fails sorry and annoying at other times.

The album has only eight songs, but most of them are over eight minutes. The good is that the bases and melodies vary considerably, making everything pass relatively quickly. The "jazz" interventions, as in "Mirage" and "The Glory Of New Day," are also well-interesting. Guitar’s solos, in fact, are quite technical and it’s gonna please a lot the fans of this instrument.

"Delusions" is a nice album that tries to bring new elements to the Progressive Metal, as far as possible, but it could be a little more well produced. And Julie Kiss who take care 'cause without 100% concentration she may spoil everything on her parties or try to do something beyond her capacities. Moreover, her voice sound much better in the most peacuful parts than the heavy ones. But To-Mera is much more Metal than Jazz...
