Rumour: Opeth to play at SJ's hotel in newcastle, Australia

A rumour is floating around local newcastle metal heads that Opeth when touring Australia will will be playing at SJ's Hotel in Newcastle. They will be touring with Impaled Nazarene also.

No, you are mistaken. Opeth will be replaced by an excellent Finnish all-girl death metal band called Tik Tak (You haven't heard them? Shame on you - they are the most smashing group out there right now!) - wait for them!

Opeth, instead, will tour Finland through the whole next year.

well, dont get your hopes up, but it would make sense to tour the world, and i hope they do
