I currently would have only one addition to them...silence.

Silence helps you appreciate music more, I find, ie. you start with silence, you then listen to Opeth (with no other sounds about), then you go back to silence for contemplation. This exercise can also be done with the other 2 (sex and strawberries), and combinations of the 3
