Washington State only allows sales of hard liquor in State-approved Liquor and Wine stores. It's complete bullshit. After turning 21 and going to a few different states, I was amazed that they sold that stuff in grocery stores. I'd never seen anything like it (well when I was maybe 10 but that doesnt count).

We have two liquor stores in our entire county that are open on Sunday. One is kinda sorta downtown in the county's biggest city, and the other is in a casino on tribal ground about 2.3 miles from my house. They get a LOT of business.
 
Got little sleep, woke up early, went to church to do the whole interning thing. They had me work on a flyer for a hip hop guy that's doing a gig at the church. We had a good laugh since we're trying to give it a very hip hop feel and it's two of the whitest people doing it. Turned out lookin' good though, so we're happy.

Now I'm supah tired. Sleepy time.
 
So I'm debating going to see Infected Mushroom at the Grand Regency in SF this friday, its kinda pricey (25 before fees) and I only have IM the supervisor but I really love it. anyone who's seen them or thinks I should go should I?

Dude, come on. Don't be a jerk! Infected Mushroom is all kinds of awesome.



edit: also, you gotta go beyond IM The Supervisor, too! All their albums are very different from each other, but equally awesome. One of the best things about this band. Here's my personal favorite IM song, it's from their newest album.

yeah fuck it I think I'm going to go. No one wants to go with me but I figure if I miss it I'll probably regret it and it doesn't seem like they play around here all that often.
 
Went to see Harry Potter last night at the midnight showing. Since they tried to play 4 reels for 14 theaters something got messed up and half of the reels melted. Soooo they said we could get refunds, come back the next day, or wait till the other theaters get out and they'll show it again. Me and my buddy opted to stay for the second showing while our third friend went home. Instead of sitting next to the stereotypical black person, it was a Marine guy that managed to find a cup and had chewing tobacco. He stank so bad and since I made the mistake of talking to him before the movie started he moved to the seat next to me with his smells and tobacco. And he kept calling the one professor a pedo. I can't count the number of times I facepalmed.

Since our tickets are good for today, my friend gave me his and I'm going with Emily from work. That movie wasn't that good, but heck, it's free.
