Got the picture laminated for $1.99 at Office Depot, and found a proper frame with glass for 4 bucks at Joann Fabrics. Made the little inside frame out of paper and ta-da! I think it turned out great. Looks better in person though.

remember when laminating, make sure you dont have something with real thick paper. It wont seal around the edges.
Trust me, im an expert.

It was construction paper. I trimmed it and left quite a bit of excess plastic around the edges as to not disturb the seal.
