Lol I missed a call a few minutes ago, got a voice message alert, listened...it was a manager from GiS saying that they had just gotten a call from Resource staffing for a reference check on me, and that if I was back in the market looking for a job to please, please give them a call. Now they've got the girls in the office thinking that I'm coming back!

I get so stressed out about work.
In the morning, my supervisor was telling me he's very happy with the way I've worked out, and that the other new guy will likely get fired. And that he was going to get on whoever had been working the previous night because they fucked up, and that one guy DID get fired. And that I should be up for a raise in a month or two.
Great, now I have all these expectations to deal with.
So I got this damn Go-Get Ticket, didn't release the item in time, which is the worst way one can screw up.

I'm sure there are worse ways to screw up. Don't be so hard on yourself! Just do the best you can, and obviously that's working for you since you got some praise.

Haha I did the same. Worked from 7AM to 3AM yesterday and woke up with Dio screaming in my ears. Boss didn't care, not that I cared if he cared.
congrats! chill out and like cara said, don't be so hard on yourself. it sounds like you're doing much better than you give yourself credit for.
