Schecter Loomis Stock String Gauge?

Hell, everytime I change the strings in my guitars with Floyds the entire bridge comes off :p
I guess I just don't find it troublesome to set up anymore.

My friend that works in online sales for Axemusic said that they used to come with 10-48 + 56.

No way in hell you would find me lower than C with a 56 :p

^^ With longer scales you can use lighter strings in lower tunings and it won't be so loose.

Ah yes that is right.

I've never owned a 7 string in my life. I plan to someday though as they're fun from the limited playing I've done on them. Feels more creative when you get a good riff going and use the extended range properly.

That being said, I love me my big strings for my 6's :p

Schecter ships 7 string models with D'addario XL 110-7 (10-46+59). I tried a few different gauges after replacing the stock ones. Dean Markley Nickelsteel 10-60 and Bluesteel 10-56. I think it's the first time that I'm happy with D'addarios (I'm an Elixir guy for 6 strings). I'll definitely go back to D'addarios next week. :D
