Meh to your list. Adagio, Amaran, Tarot, Tad Morose, (dare i say Kamelot? their older stuff maybe), Symphony X, Bodom, Wintersun, Therion, Winds, etc.
But then i love Strapping Young Lad, Amon Amarth, and so on... so i'm just kind of a freak.
PS: Classical Music also rules.
