okay heres the way to let google videos work for you even if its not yet revealed for your country:
copy the link of the video, then go to google language tools(the google translator website) for germany its: http://www.google.de/language_tools?hl=de and then paste the link of the video into the "translate website" field. and then click translate...wooooaoaowoowow google video everywhere
