I wouldn't pass on Nocturnus. They are a pretty good death metal band even if they have random solos everywhere. They also use their keyboards in ways most DM bands don't.

Skyfire's lyrics kick a whole lot of ass. A lot of times they can be interpreted in like fifty million different ways. We had a thread about lyrics interpretation, I think it was before your time, youngin. We had ideas about what the lyrics for every song on Timeless and Mind Revolution meant. We should do one for Spectral too but I'm too lazy right now, maybe tomorrow if nobody else does.

Yeah, i noticed that thread, I'm fairly I'm the person who brought up the idea to Philly. Skyfire does have good lyrics, it was about 2 in the morning when I posted that so I was kinda bored with thinking.
