SKYRIM!

no rumor... totally true. to raise sneak backstab a greybeard on master difficulty. takes like 10 mins

You cant just cast destruction spells, you have to actually do damage with them. Thats why its such a pain in the ass to level up. Ive just been buying lessons in that shit too, as well as using the Ogham Infinium or whatever the fuck its called. I lucked out somehow though... when the mage chick turned my dude green it seemed to fuck up my magic somehow... insofar as that the mana didnt go down seemingly at all when casting, so I used Telekinesis to carry shit around with me for like an hour and leveled that up a fucking TON and VERY quickly. Doing so much leveling up in alteration I raised my entire level by like 4 points in about a half hour.

I'm not doing the old oblivion way where for instance if you constantly jump you gain jump skills.
I'm actually doing a lot of damages to people!
I need to experiment that telekinesis too! thanks ;)

Yeah some are easy. Alchemy, not easy. Speechcraft I found a bullshit way to do it. Keep persuading the orc in black briar meadery to talk shit about Maven blackbriar

Finally got my enchanting and alchemy to 100, all perks maxed, (at least for alchemy until that double enchant perk), question now is how do I make my Weapons go past at least 250+damage? I did that 32% Fortify Smithing potion, and a whole set of 29% smithing gear, But when I upgraded my Blade of Woe(stronger than a daedric dagger in my current level), it only went up to 164 , I'm level 43 atm. Please teach me :D

Ooooh, gonna have to try that for speech. Fucking upgrading that shit is taking forever. That and lock picking, but I might just wait and get the skeleton key as it seems like that would streamline the process a little quicker.

Fucking pick pocketing is fucking SLOW.

Alchemy is going slow as well, but eh I'll get there.

Seems backstabbing the Greybeards is indeed a decent way to level Sneak.

I'm kinda over it at this point. I've spent so long powerleveling that I'd like to actually play the game again, haha, and not do the College quest-line ever again, because it's soooo boring.

BTW: oooh yea

That whole grinding skills thing just seems a bit like it's defeating the whole purpose of the game to me, hence "role playing game."

Well if you're talking about role playing, then it stands to reason someone would undertake rigorous training before embarking on a dangerous adventure.

Just made a no-magicka-drain suit for Destruction and Alteration. Got Destruction nearing 90 now from all the Incinerate and Thunerbolt I've been spamming across the world. It's pretty cool - taking mana out of the equation almost makes spells viable for combat. Though still somewhat underwhelming when you have 1-handed swords that do over 1k dmg.
