SKYRIM!

Well considering one of the main components of the game is the whole Dragonborn thing it would make more sense to just make the dragon armour the best...

And not make it look like shit, to boot!

I realized I had to start maxing alchemy in order to truly uber my gear, so I started the slow road of buying every ingredient I can and just going crazy with potions. There aren't enough Giant's Toes and Wheat around to keep churning out Fortify Health potions (the highest exp gain per creation) so I had to use everything.

The idea is to wear my ++ alchemy gear, and then use alchemy to create uber + smithing and + enchantment potions, and then use those potions to create even stronger smithing suits, and then using all of them together to create fucking ridiculous gear.

This may take a while.

@ermz: 567 armory value is max. everything above will not result in getting less damage by enemies
Note that the armor cap in Skyrim occurs at 567 displayed Armor Rating (80% damage reduction). Armor ratings in excess of this value will not further reduce damage. Particularly with Heavy Armor and Smithing perks, it is possible to reach this value without maxing Enchanting and Alchemy.

I have quite a low progress as well, I kinda like having to deal with normal weapons for the moment, and having some time to time a hard opponent, or having to retreat when 5 or 6 average guys attack me. Then I'll consider getting über like Ermz did, to push the game to its limits

The last 3 days I got from lvl 23 to 48 just by concentrating on leveling.
I got smithing from 30 to 100
enchanting from 40 to 100
light armor from 55 to 100
one handed from 80 to 100
aaand heavy armor from 17 to 100

Yes,... I am proud!

Now since i have full legandary daedric set + 2x legandary daedric swords, I kinda lost interest because the enemies really aren't any challenging anymore.
Sad. :(

That's the spirit!

I spend all my time power leveling that the game just becomes boring before I even start playing it for real. That's the best thing about the Elder Scrolls series!! It's like a Diablo III training course... mmm

Naw, I think the exploration and stuff is really cool. The game world is massive, and even if you're overpowered you can have fun (by blasting enemies off cliffs with that Force Push shout for instance).

Parthunax ? I decided to finish the main quest yesterday, I thought the fight on the Throat of the World with Alduin was the end but it's not, I got to the point where I have the optional quest as well.

Found it weird so I went through a spoiler by googling it, and I got that if you don't kill him, you cannot go further with the Blades, so I will.

took a break from skyrim by loaning it to a friend, he loaned me mw3 in return. guess how that turned out? i played through the campaign in 5 hours while he's still like level 8.

it was conscious, though, i spent way too much time with this game. :D
