I bought Slate EX and two other packs two weeks ago, never had any trouble downloading. It did take a while to download but was well worth it

Hi Clarbaden. Sorry you have troubles downloading. May I suggest a download manager? I think Firefox makes one. This will allow you to reconnect to a download if your internet provider kicks you off.

Our download server is as fast as money can buy, it will literally go as fast as your connection will allow. But remember, SSD contains a lot of GBs of files so I always recommend getting a download manager and doing it overnight. If you do not have a fast connection or have connection problems, my guys at support would be glad to mail you a hard copy.

I was just gonna say, everyone knows these files are BIG.... They are full quality samples, and there are tons of them, which means long download times. If you knew this to begin with, why not just order the hard copy to begin with? I personally didn't have a problem with downloading, took 7 or 8 hours, but I also have the luxury of DSL. If I didn't have a good connection, I just would have had the disks shipped.

Say what you want about the product, but the customer service is THE BEST I have ever experienced. Email his support team and they'll talk you through it, or post on his forums. He rarely checks here and if he does its to post something new about his product, so you're really not going to get productive results here.

as i was spreading the bad news here i will also let you know the good ones.
the support answered me really fast and they gave me a new download login for 7 days.
hopefully it´s all going well now...

Ok downloaded all the files took the wav folder used winrar to unzip and..... "c/users blah blh blah - unxpected end of archive," dosent unzip, am i doing something wrong have i done some thing wrong to christ lol. which folder do i unrar first?

you have to download it again as it seems it didn´t download completely.
i had the same error message. just do it again and have fun.

steven slate has the best service around. I had problems with the download and it was sorted out in like an hour.

OK all downloaded all installed kontakt player is building the library i hope i dont run into any problems as soon as i hear that first drum hit i will cum. ha
