I'm sorry, if I went to an Opeth concert and they only played the mellow songs I would be fucking pissed! Must have been the place they were playing wouldn't allow it or something.

Masters Apprentices
The Drapery Falls
The Moor
Windowpane
In My Time Of Need
April Ethereal
Deliverance
Blackwater Park

Encore:
Demon Of The Fall

That's the US setlist for the Damnation Tour. There were variables of course, but just because it's the Damnation Tour doesn't mean they ONLY play mellow tracks.

I wouldnt really mind an all mellow set list. and yeah, they played Soldier of Fortune at the London, ON show in February of 2006, before the special edition of Ghost Reveries came out. great show.

Correction, that was the Lamentations over America set list.

The set list in question is from the Damnation tour with Porcupine Tree.

There was an audio recording from that show (actually the one I attended) and I have it if anyone is interested.

Extra note: This tour is also where Mikael's rendition of "A Smart Kid" came from.

Some of us may be interested indeed!

This thread made me laugh. The Damnation tour was one of the best concerts I have ever seen. Definately best Opeth show (seen 6).

Anyway, I also have the Boston show on cd, and the Providence show from the day before (or was it the day after?).
