wow, thats something new. I didnt really know that. It's sound makes sense now.

Believe me, i hate The Haunted now. But their debut is a thrash metal masterpiece, and thats a fact. I cant understand why a thrasher (old school-er or not) wouldnt like it, its totally Slayer oriented with some of the most inspiring post 80s thrash metal rifs

Thrash Metal Masterpiece? Nah. Talk about a band re-using riffs...or using riffs that aren't totally unique, new, or ground breaking (or everything at once)...etc... with crap vox isn't a masterpiece imo

IRONSWORD are not ripping of MANILLA ROAD riffs IMO There are some MR-ish qualities about them, but ripping off is not the case.. I can't speak of OMEN cause I'm not an expert on them, but I've heard them several times.

The fact is that everyone has ripped riffs before and will do it again.... ever listen to MANILLA ROAD - "Dreams Of Eschaton" ? Can you guess what riff came before that? I know it wasn't ripped off, but it surely sounds like it was.

It's not a big deal to me unless it seems like it's all the time ripping off...

Regardless of all the debating... we are merely just exchanging opinions...... and what I say isn't the gospel.... take what you will and use it for your own personal life.
