Francisco Tarrega and Andres Segovia are no brainers but I don't have much classical guitar stuff. And despite the fact that he's not strictly classical, I have to recommend Michael Hedges just cuz he's a god.
 
Maurizio Colonna. He collaborated with Frank Gambale for a few albums and is one heck of a classical player.

A lot of Michael Hedges seems to have rubbed off on Andy Mckee
 
A lot of Michael Hedges has rubbed off on a lot of these new age acoustic guitarists, and they mostly have some great compositions and some similar playing techniques, but none of them are quite as emotional as Hedges - if you watch him play it's like an acoustic Hendrix.
