Fates Warning is gonna be sick but The Whiskey fucking blows. I hate the staff there, they are absolute cunts. I got thrown out at Dying Fetus a few years ago for headbanging. Yes, headbanging.

The El Rey...I was disappointed with the sound when I saw Alcest and Anathema a few months ago...The venue is fucking beautiful, but I wasnt impressed at all with the sound...Itll be interesting to see if it was just that show or not...

Because a female security guard told me to calm down because I was headbanging too hard. I ignored her, kept headbanging, and then she proceeded to repeatedly stick her fingers in my chest until I batted them away. She got pissed, and grabbed her security buddies to escort me out.

I asked why the fuck I was kicked out because I wasnt harming anyone around me. I wasnt that drunken asshole trying to mosh with everyone, I was fucking headbanging. Thats all. And she replied,

"Because I told you to calm down and you wouldnt."

yeah the staff at The Whisky are dicks. Fates Warning put on a hell of a show. It was long though. Didn't get home until 130 this morning. Hooray for 8am finals.

Cody, not so much. I'm going to the Transatlantic show in January or whatever but that's it

I might go see this. Love Enslaved, but don't think much of AA. Haven't heard Skeletonwitch.
