They built some sort of "Headquarters" where they wrote and recorded and have offices and hang out. Like Disgraceland or something.

Yeah in the guitar world featuring them it has some caonversations with them. their offices are personallized. like kirks has zen and stuff all over it. just a little fyi. i guess.
