the resident evil games a pretty scary too, but they also use the "jump up from behind to scary you"-technique
silent hill is constantly scary even though nothing happens in some cases. the prison and the hospital is horrible places, and i mean that in the "best" way possible ^^

anyway theres a silent hill:the room i think its 4 not sure anyway i didnt really put time into it but the idea of waking up to find out you cant get out of your apartment, windows sealed shut and door fucking chained is creepy as FUCK
