It's true at least 50% of cops smoke it even, they just don't talk about it. TECHNICALLY It's legal in Ontario (province I live in) however the Federal government seems to be refusing to remove the criminal code on it so even though the supreme court says it's legal, you can be charged for it. It's pretty messed up actually.
