First time firing two guys at work.

So these guys decide to see who has the bigger meat department downstairs so the camera caught them comparing there junk in the break room. I was informed about there wrong doing by our district Supervisor they can log into the cameras and see 24/7 what we do so they can tell us to improve if need be. But seeing as I am manager I could not let this slide. This was a rather foul and none professional way to behave while on the clock what they do off the clock is fine by me but this was just disgusting.

They proceeded to walk outside and key my car like a bunch of mad EX's and I was so pissed I nearly gave both of them a dry slap. I will be pressing charges on these assholes.

I am so fucking mad right now I am going to use a sick day Monday cause I don't want ass being on the chopping block for snapping at a customer.

Thankfully no. Only the poor cameras saw it when the Janitor comes in I will tell him to clean the damn counter in the break room. I have never witnessed such stupidity as that in all my life. *facepalm*
