Someone told me a lifehack for clearing your sinuses...you're supposed to alternate pressing your tongue against the roof of your mouth and pressing your fingers into the bridge of your nose.

I guess it's supposed to rock a certain bone back and forth which allows your sinuses to drain.

Damn. Could of just done this instead of having surgery.
