Yeah I know. Im pretty sure its the left side from examination-instructions on the net, but knowing which canal is imposible to figure out by myself since you have to read the eye-movements.
Im doing the excersises based on it being my left side and I have been feeling a little better since then.
If Im not better on monday morning I'l try and contact some physios and see if they know someone who can help. I dont want to wait this out like the doctor seem to think I should do.

You might be able to get some indication of which canal from the symptoms. If you say looking up sets it off, then thats a specific direction. Did the diagnosing stuff you did include this? That might help you to choose a treatment that will help. This is of course until you can see someone who can diagnose and help properly.

Luckily, doing these treatments wont harm you in any way except to make you feel like shit.

Only pointers I have found is to find out what ear/side is affected and also how to do the maneuver and the exercises depending on that.
I feel much better today and I managed to sleep on my right side all night so it wasnt that bad getting out of bed this morning.

I'l keep doing this and I will probably be 100% again in a couple of days/week.

i cant even bare to read about american politics, its so confusing and it honestly just hurts my heart. i just hope i can live in a reasonable amount of peace long enough before they destroy the world.

it really feels somewhat backwards and....almost like how the empire took over the galactic senate XD. no one really saw it coming, they all got fired up over the issues, and next thing you know alderaan is destroyed.
