I fucking agree. They use breakdowns occasionally, but other than that I just don't get it. Their vocals are all screamed, and done well. I've gotten a little burnt out on them. Agreed. They're heavy and complex enough to be considered metal, they've just gotten old to me. I'd like to see them do something a little more out there, lesss in the usual strain, you know?

I love Lamb Of God. Took me 6 months to get them to grow on me though. Their vocalist made it hard for me to grow on. But now I like the vocalist. I don't think he sounds like a metalcore singer.

yea, same here... If only you could see his face when he's standing listeing to that drumming, thinking that computer is "cracking". Once he asked me "Where is this printing press sound coming from"?..
You should have told him that's what polished studio drums with triggers sound like it. Just modern ways for metal music to keep up with kids and techno.
