that's a good question!... candlelight fantasia... mm the odyssey, the instrumenal part "drifting home" when it looks like odysseus finnally have reach ithaca.... abandoned, kamelot, with that final "why oh why my god have you abandoned me in my sobriety..." :cry: crying of yngwie malmsteen :p... that comes to my mind right now.
 
I'll admit it, I have definately teared up due to music before...it's the whole beinga musician thing. You hear something so grand, like a chord change that hits you right in the heart - it happens.

It hasn't happened often, but Alice in Chains - Nutshell and Symphony X - Fallen.

...and a friend played the chorus to the track, Paradise Lost over the phone and I didn't know what it was...that shit made me tear up man; for some reason, to me, those were some of the most meaningful lyrics I've heard in a long long time.
