I doubt the guy who's trying to sue will have a case. Competitions like this have standard conditions of entry and they can and do often discriminate to filter out particular age groups. You see the fine print in contests all the time: contest only open to residents of NSW, persons over the age of 21, etc. etc. Perfectly legal.
I'm going to go for the big guy with the girls name.

I wonder if the judges hear it differently actually being there, and we are getting it processed through the TV. I disagree with them about pitchi and tone and shit like that all the time

And dont even get me started on Chanel. I do not like her at all. I admit, I liked her very 1st audition and thought 'Here we go, some originatlity!'
But the she just kept playing it up and it started shitting me. I feel like telling her to settle the fuck down and sing something normal. I dunno why, she just shits me.
And how about that dude that totally BUTCHRED one of the most classic songs of all time in Yesterday?! Fuck me, I thought Guy was bad with his vocal gymnastics, but this guy was actually painful to listen to.

I think Daniel was the best last night, followed by Casey and Courtney. Unfortunately I don't think Courntey will last very long.
Dan was shite, but as Dicko said, he will stay for a few more weeks regardless of how bad he sounds. Emelia and Hayley were also weak.

I hated Anthony at first and was pissed about him getting the wildcard over a few others, but I am starting to like him a bit. He was solid last night. Ricki-Lee was solid as well.

Dan will get through because the girls like him, despite the fact he butchered 'Better' worse than anyone has ever butchered a song. Chris Barnes could have done it better. I think Emelia will go. Marty should have picked something more upbeat. Angie and Amali were also not very good. Casey was awesome.

Chanel was shit last night.
I think Rikki Lee was awesome. She has such a better voice than Chanel and I think the best female voice in the competition. Has great range and can control both the high and low registers really well. Plus she is very cute. She has pumpin t.....eeth.
Daniel was great too. He has a great voice and I like his personality. He seems pretty down to earth/footy lovin kinda guy that can sing and stick up for himself.
Courtney has a fuck off voice. He is cool. Sang that song really well last night and just has a great singing voice. Raspy in places, but adds to the thick sound.
Those 3 are my top 3. None of the others really came close for me. I hope they make it far, and I wouldn't be upset if either of them won it.
I agree that Better was terrible. I've heard that song sung better at the pub during karaoke by a tanked halfback after the semi final. Dan really had nothing. That is a song that sould get the crowd going and requires some eral ebergy especially towards the end during the '1, 2, 3, 4 say you never get anywhere' part. He was just flat as a fuck.
