Anthony Callea took a shit on Casey Donovan in terms of sales and popularity after the show has finished, so you can all eat my smelly poo.

That's due in part to Sony BMG pretty much ignoring Casey Donovan once Anthony Callea had released The Prayer. Quite sad, really - her album is pretty good for an Idol album.

I'm sure she'll be quite successful, it'll just take time.

I don't think she will be successful in time. But who knows.

I'm not sure if Anthony's single should be hailed as the more successful single of all time etc, the figured are probably based on units shipped, not sold, and after the hype around his performance of the song on the show, it isn't surprising that that many units were ordered etc.

I am much less interested in Idol this year, I'm not sure if I will get into it or not. Depends what else there is to do while it is on I guess.

She was invited to perform at this year's final but turned it down. If she was a has-been she surely would have lapped up any chance for attention.

I've said it once and I'll say it again - in ten years' time, Casey Donovan will be more famous than Anthony Callea. Hands down.
