Not sure about it being similar to those bands, but the Meads of Asphodel write some very interesting music on the subject of Christ as a regular human being.

I'll check them out because I've heard some good things about this band but I'm looking for bands that play satanic religious black metal more so.

for Graveland, get Following the VOice of Blood, Creed of Iron and Fire Chariot of Destruction. should give a good overview of all the sounds

honeslty, I really only care for early Graveland, and a couple select albums from recent years, like the newest one is pretty good...I thought Fire Chariot was awful imo.

IMO Following the Voice of Blood is the worst Graveland album. I know I am probably the only one with this opinion. But the guitar tone is atrocious, and the riffs are least memorable of all their albums.
