yea if i got my shit right it sorta is like a huge volume knob increasing the signal strenght to the speakers well from a preamp,i dont have a preamp to model my tone the only real thing i have is that dam practice amp with me at the moment,i jsut wanna test it without doing some wrecking shit throught the electronics

If you can link your FX SEND to your poweramp input and the speaker output to your speaker cables. It can work, what combo do you have?

+1. Put it in the effects loop (send/return jacks on the back of your amp if you have them). If not you can run it in front of the amp, just like if the GP1000 was a pedal. But it won't sound really good that way.

dude i dont mean to be an ass but im pretty pissed right now,and i dont wanna offend you especially a nice guy like you but,ive saved enought money fuckin hard yea so what if ive never had a GP-1000 in my life im gonna gamble a small load of money on it and i like its sound that nice crisp sound which is such an appeal thats the best i can describe it and i can seem to describe how i feel about hearing it,and im gettin a F'in break in 2 months for a long time,a period in my life where i ahve no attachments with school,work and whatnot jsut my time no nervous thinking in the back of my head about what i should be doin now,so im putting that money with that preamp and im gonna start giging during that time so i really take taht into consideration,

but yea even though im pissed i didnt mean to strike a nerve in a guy like you so sorry
