Rhiannon does like Hannah Montana, but her FAVORITE is Sharpae from High School Musical. She LOVES High School Musical. She starts Kindergarten next week. I still can't believe how fast time flies.

Melody started first grade yesterday. Shopping included:

1) High School Musical backpack
2) High School Musical lunchbox
3) High School Musical shirt
4) High School Musical 7-day underwear set
5) High School Musical spiral notebook

And, for some reason, I know that HSM 3 opens in theaters on October 24. Be afraid. Be very afraid.

The other live action show she likes the most is iCarly. Sometimes it's fairly clever, so I don't mind watching it with her on occasion.

Sounds just like mine. The back pack, shoes, underwear, and shirts (even tough she can't wear it to school (public school uniform clothing) and she just got the HSM Build-a-Bear workshop bear... It's a money grab for disney.

What the... damn, time does fly! My nephew turned 5 in June, and he starts kindergarten in a couple of weeks. Even at that young age, I still shake my head wondering how fast time has flown. The stuff he comes out with.. goddamn! Even with my 2 year old niece.. holy shit! She is ahead of herself for 2, believe me. Last week, we're sitting and eating pizza and she yelled at my dog to shut up while she was barking. Lemme tell you, I froze for a second in disbelief. It's great, though, because they are only that age once, and it gives us adults the chance to use stories later in their lives.

iCarly is a fantastic show, but I'm not sure that young kids should be watching it. It does have a lot of crude humor.

About the old ass pics, I hope to god nobody would post pictures of me on the internet when I was a teen. Your in a completely different world at that age. But seeing those pics make me realize how much I loved the 90's for some reason.

My daughter starts kindergarten too, 9/2. She's really excited to ride the bus for the first time. Amanda has started to dig High School Musical as well. She said to me one day "those kids are COOL, daddy!" Goddamn, I love that kid
