When Arbery charged at the older white guy, Arbery already had cover from him and could have conceivably run away (unless, as I admitted, they were threatening to shoot him if he ran). According to the coroner, the wounds were consistent with claim that the first (off-camera) shot was fired when Arbery charged the old guy and grabbed his shotgun, which resulted in Arbery having one of his hands shot. Arbery not only charged at him, but may have even been responsible for the first shot due to the wielder having his trigger-finger jolted.
