Resonator, reading Gnostic texts as a skeptic makes about much sense as studying gay porn as a eunuch. Supernatural deities just don't do it for me, and I'd rather study math and physics - sure, the most important works aren't hundreds of years old and written by people with eight-foot beards and fancy robes, but they're internally consistent and have enough applications to keep you amused...
