I love the eyes and the composition, but their skin looks very overexposed and is almost completely white. Their beards also look weird, maybe because of lots of sharpening?
It might not be clipped, but you could bring the shot a whole stop down.

I'm one of those who like tastefully overexposed pics so those look really good to me. Although my pics are rather always underexposed but I guess I like both ends.. Easy to fuck up but looks great if not overdone.

Im kind of happy with the results.. but im still at the point where i take 10 pictures of everything, and if im lucky one of those are good enough to actually use.
But im learning allot.. i just wish i could afford a better camera.

Cool shots Nolly, this is Brisbane yeah? If I had of spotted you I would of come and said hi as I was just standing around on the stage next to theirs at the time waiting for Lucero. MMF had the crowd pumping for such an early set. Hope you guys had a sweet show.

I took a bunch of shots on my weekend trip away down the coast, but I'm really getting tired of the kit lens. I hate being stuck in post for ages, trying to suck every bit of sharpness and detail out of my shots.
(These pricks were everywhere. This one was happy enough to hold still and pause for a split second.)

I think we all feel the same way hahaha
Had some fun with my dog yesterday. Its hard to make her sit still for longer then 10 seconds, but with some food and a few trics i managed to get some decent shots.
A couple more shots from Soundwave, I've been lazy the last few days and haven't taken many pictures at all. Again, all with the 40mm pancake:
