I know plenty of flat-chested or small breast broads that are happily married. Unless you're marrying someone purely on looks it shouldn't be all that important.

Aesthetic surgery doesn't fix inferiority complex. If you accept your body how it is, nevermind how revolting you are, you'll just be ok with it. If you don't accept it, the scalpel won't fix it, and surgery is only a way of brushing the shit under the carpet with something that hasn't anything to do with the real problem.

Anyway, if you're ugly you're ugly and if you're handsome you're handsome. It's not only aesthetics. Unless you have a barbaric deformity (a tentacle instead of a nose) I think surgery is just shallow crap.

About the tits...if they're not natural big fat jugs, what's the point? A man can get breast implants too if he pays for them.

Obviously, if we prefer small breasts, surgery to reduce breast size is OK just not to increase it. As if the world does not have enough large busted women trying to slut their way into the affairs of Men.

If you cannot accept YOURSELF as is, then you should try to get stronger willpower or something. I suppose there are cases where it would be aesthetically very nice to have plastic surgery performed, but I myself could not bear to love someone who had it done for reasons purely aesthetic. There is much more to anyone than that, and people are not objects to be judged in such ways.
