The Yankees are now tied with Seattle for the AL Wildcard and are only 5 back of Boston. Even if they still don't make, this second half has been awesome. And the future looks very, very bright with Phil Hughes and Joba Chamberlain.

I really didn't think they could do it. I thought, like everyone else, that they were dead, and now it looks like they may still do it. God damn I love the Yankees.
