I think that one stuck on me because of the timing and the state I was in when i got my hands on Fervent Dream.

Pictures of her wrapped in lust and craving arms of men
The echoes of their pleasure run through my head
I'm led astray and fooled some way

One of the best Wolverine moments for me, is the unbelievable ending of "His Cold Touch" :

"A lonely child, against the world outside
He will walk on the path of the abused...
With a smile... to hide..."

The music combined with the high pitched vocals (that do remind me of Psychotic Waltz's Buddy Lackey in this moment) does the trick.
Also in "Leaving Yesterday" the following part:
"Our love will be our lifelong map
And our road will lead us to eternity..."
Especially the female vocals.
And practically every second of "The Final Redemption", especially that characteristic riff..you know which one..

Besides ones already mentioned (I agree completely with The Final Redemption being their emotional highpoint), the "I carry your...child?" ending of Pantomime...I also love the drumming on that one.

I love this from the song "Hiding" (from Still):

We are all in hiding, protecting what’s inside

That is brilliant. And the music is so simple but the harmonies just rise to the top. It makes me think of my past.
