I think I got more into it mainly because of their live set. One of the best live bands I have ever come across.

Speed metal is a stupid term, imo.

And Metallica were pretty much all thrash.

I always forget that album sold 8 million copies

to live is to die is prolly my favorite instrumental ever

I still enjoy their work alot though (especially AJFA)
