I've been listening to a lot of new old school style death bands in general as of late. Slugathor and Verminous have been very impressive, too (thanks Dodens).

How do you know all these bands? I thought I know a lot of obscure dm/bm bands, but you seem to know a lot more than I do.

I don't think lyrics have to be amazing, but could not listen to or take a band seriously if they wrote lyrics about farting. As a musician music is alittle more serious than joking around writing fart lyrics in your band. Regardless the band joking I never want to hear the band period.
