Seriously though, you're fucking stupid as hell and should have your cranium punched in. In no way has this new album broken new ground amongst elitists as far as enjoying the band goes. The only reason why there's any increase in fan base at all is because it's a brand new album. People tend to listen to new albums. This album will not bring in any new fans than the last album would have brought in if that was the one being released now, the point being that it's in no way different from what they've been doing all along and makes the claim that this album is somehow different, which it would have to be if it was going to garner any new favor among 'elitists', fucking specious at best.

I never said this album was special, it's winning them more fans but not any more than any other album would.
I've seen multiple people I consider musical elitists, both here and irl who never really listened to AA before getting into this.
There's no need to get so fucking worked up about this.

I didn't claim to have anything to support that except that I've seen dudes getting into this where they'd never been into AA before.
As for elitists, I do in fact know what they are.
They're separate from but related to assholes.

Okay, so where's your factual evidence then, WAIF? Provide concrete proof that this album will somehow convince elitists than Amon Amarth is worth listening to, please. Since you're the one saying that it will, the burden of evidence is on you only.

The lack of real proof on your part would definitely be supportive of Dodens' argument that most people who don't like Amon Amarth won't care about their new album, especially elitists.

This was one of the best Black Sabbath albums I've ever heard. Seriously though, the level of Sabbath worship is turned way the fuck up here. It's really amazing/spectacular/awesome/great/shagadellic, but don't come here looking for the speedier and more energetic sides of Death Penalty.

Epic lulz. You take shit so serious when it's not serious at all :lol: What WAIF said sounded stupid, but it looked to me like he was just making a somewhat humorous dumb statement that he wasn't expecting anyone to take so seriously.
