Serious Beak

Most refreshingly original stuff I've heard in ages. The only thing that irks me is the snare sound, but it's worth getting over.

You can listen to their whole album at the bandcamp page.

Need some kickass power metal bands!
Any recommendations?
You'll probably get more responses on the "recommendations" board, or just search around for threads, there's been many "power metal" threads posted already.

But, check these out:
Jag Panzer
Helstar
Omen
Attacker
Liege Lord
Grave Digger
Kamelot
Morgana LeFay
Sanctuary

And some that are more thrashy, but still have power elements:

This is just to name a few,

I just discovered Ignominious Incarceration, and they are blowing me away. They somehow take the good parts from deathcore and fuse them with the good parts of death metal. They remind me a lot of the Blaxk Dahlia Murder

im recently hooked on some techdeath bands, namely:
atheretic
detrimentum
lunarsea
orobouros
aletheian
xenocide
sylosis (not sure if this band is techdeath, but technical)
vomit the soul
.i also like misericordiam, elysia, the eyes of a traitor, before the torn and caliban :)

First things first, Hail \m/ to all fellow metalheads, It's my first post.
The music I'm destroying my speakers and driving neighbours insane with as of today are

Anthrax - Fistful of Metal
Testament - The Gathering
Slayer - Reign In Blood
Dark Funeral - Vobiscum Satanas; The Secrets of the Black Arts
Marduk - Opus Nocturne
Amon Amarth - With Oden On Our Side
Gorguts - Considered Dead

As of recommendations, I still got many classics that I need to check out, you know the kind of bands/albums every metalhead should know (I started doing my homework late, been just listening to random bands I liked till recently). I would appreciate if anyone could make it easier for me and point out the thrash metal classics I should check out, the ones I totally should know, thanks!
